Join the intergenerational pen pal program run by ElderPride, Proud Pals! Proud Pals matches older adults and seniors with pen pals in the Maritime provinces to help build friendships, create community, and offer opportunities to share lived experiences and knowledge. We currently have over 100 pen pals registered!

All 2SLGBTQ+ folks over 18 can apply, but priority is given to folks over 45 (each pair of pen pals will always include someone over 45). Participation is free, and you can request a package with writing supplies and stamps (quantities are limited).
